My friend Sara Goheen is a mommy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sara has been going through the adoption process to adopt a baby boy from Guatemala. She filled out the last of her paperwork and less than a week later ( I think) SHE HAS A REFERRAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Which means she has pictures of a baby boy and she can either accept him or decline him. .. and of course she accepts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was born in August so that puts him at about 8 weeks old!!!!!!! CONGRATS SARA!!!!!!!!
Prayer. The baby, Connor, has a small heart murmur.. It shouldn't be a big deal and he should grow out of it, but please keep him in your prayers. Sara will be getting updates here and there.. medical updates and pictures of Connor until she can go to Guatemala and pick him up which is probably going to be about 6 months from now. I know that is FOREVER, but welcome to immigration. Please be praying for patience for Sara as this time goes by and all she has is pictures of her baby.
