normal? abnormal?

I thank God that I do not struggle when it comes to the subject of men. I thank God that I don't have to be in a relationship. I thank God that I haven't dated since 9th grade because I am waiting for the one. Yes, I had someone close to me who I thought was the one and we waited 3 years and almost decided to date, but the waiting was for a reason, we were not meant for each other. Do I get butterflies in my stomach thinking about "the one" yes I can't wait until that day, but I am also content if God has a life the opposite direction for me. And I am not saying that the next guy I date will automatically be the one, I am just saying I don't date just to date. I thank God everyday for this because I know how much of a struggle it can be for 99% of all the females out there.
